Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use LinkedFiles. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

License to use the software

Subject to these Terms and the Software License, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LinkedFiles for your personal or internal business purposes.

Your projects and content

You retain all rights to your Blender projects, textures, models, and other files. LinkedFiles processes those files locally on your device as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use LinkedFiles to violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the software except where law permits
• Redistribute the software except as allowed by the Software License
• Interfere with the operation of the website or app

Accounts and payments

LinkedFiles may introduce accounts or paid plans in the future. If we do, additional terms will be presented at signup or checkout.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. The website and software are provided on an “as available” basis.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkedFiles and this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkedFiles and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the software or site. Our total liability for any claim related to LinkedFiles will not exceed the amount you paid us for the software in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid anything.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkedFiles from claims arising out of your misuse of the software or violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using LinkedFiles at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.
